Important Dates

    4/2- Project Graduation Parent Meeting 6 pm at SMHS in room 300

    4/24- Final day to sign up for Elementary/Middle school walk- Only STUDENTS can complete the form

    4/12- Project Graduation Fundraiser at Chipotle

    MAY ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

    5/1- All Edgenuity courses must be completed

    5/1- All outstanding dues must be paid

    5/5 All attendance recovery DUE (final Saturday School opportunity on 5/3)

    5/5-5/16- AP testing

    5/6- Senior Honors & Awards

    5/10- Prom at TXST Ballroom

    5/13- All senior grades due

    5/14- All SMHS computers and chargers must be returned to the Library

    5/14 – Distinguished Scholars Ceremony – 5:30 PM at the SMHS PAC (This is invite-only for Top 10% Honor Graduates)

    5/15- Decision Day at SMHS

    5/16- Coastal Bend College Graduation in Beeville for ECHS Seniors 

    5/19- Mandatory Graduation Practice

    5/20- Elementary/Middle School Walks- Only STUDENTS can complete the form- IDs REQUIRED to attend. You must wear your school ID on all other SMCISD campuses. Anyone not wearing their ID will not be allowed on the bus or onto the elementary/middle school campus. 

    5/21- Robing Ceremony

    5/22- Final Senior Walk at SMHS

    5/22- Senior Sunset Rattler Stadium (7 to 9 pm)

    5/23- GRADUATION DAY 2 pm at Strahan Coliseum. No tickets required, bring your whole family!

      EOC Retest Dates 

      • Passing all EOCs is a graduation requirement. You must pass Algebra I, Biology, English I, English II, and US History. Below are the retesting dates, if you have not passed yet.

         

        December 3-13 All STAAR EOC Retesting 

        April 15 - English 1 EOC Retesting 

        April 16 - English 2 EOC Retesting 

        April 22 - Biology EOC Retesting 

        April 23 - US History EOC Retesting 

        April 29 - Algebra 1 EOC Retesting
